Mango Salsa

Makes twenty three/4 cups

2 cups Dole® Recent Frozen Mango Chunks, partially thawed

one/a pair of cup finely chopped Dole Red Bell Pepper

one/four cup finely chopped Dole Green Bell Pepper

one tablespoon chopped Dole Inexperienced Onion

a pair of teaspoons chopped recent cilantro or parsley

2 teaspoons chopped jalapeño chiles

one teaspoon grated lime peel

Combine mango chunks, bell peppers, onion, cilantro, chiles and lime peel in tiny bowl. Serve salsa at room temperature or slightly chilled. Serve over grilled chicken breasts or fish fillets.
